To the right of the entrance is Aqua Roma, a contemporary tribute to Italian style with seamlessly tiered banquette seating and Aqua Tokyo - a hip and cohesive centre of Japanese cool with sunken seating, tatami floors and accents of granite and slate.

Overlooking the restaurant is Hong Kong's new chill zone - Aqua Spirit. This panoramic mezzanine level bar with its chill- out Buddha Bar- style sounds and plush lounge seating is already climbing up the popularity charts.

Aqua Roma presents an exotic selection of antipasti, crispy pizzas, hand- made pastas and risottos plus a sumptuous array of mains such as the pan fried cod fillet with sautéed curly endive, black ink sauce and salmon roe. Aqua Tokyo brings you the finest of Japanese cuisine.
