It derives its name from the days of glory in the British Empire, where lunch or high tea was dubbed as Tiffin. This lounge which is situated in the Grand Hyatt Hotel, harks back to the hey days of the British Empire with all its grandeur

Situated in a floor above the lobby, it offers spectacular views of the Victoria Harbor and the majestic mountains. You can reach Tiffin by climbing up the grand marble stair case of the lobby.

The décor of Tiffin recreates the splendor of 1930s Hong Kong. You can enjoy live entertainment by a pianist and Jazz trio throughout the day.

Tiffin's famous Dessert Buffet offers a wide array of sumptuous desserts with freshly prepared waffles, soufflés and crêpes as a feature. The afternoon buffet features a delicious spread of savory and sweet items.

Desert lovers will flock to this place in the evenings where cakes, mousses, puddings, fruits, crepes, waffles, custards and more are set out.

Hours : Lunch - 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, Sunday Brunch - 11:00 am to 2:30pm, Dessert Buffet - 8:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
