Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- SK Telecom Co., South Korea’slargest mobile-phone operator, plans to sell its 3.8 percentstake in China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd. for about 1.5 trillionwon (.29 billion). The board of directors at SK Telecom decided to sell thestake back to China Unicom for HK.105 per share, the Seoul-based company said in a statement today.
