This swanky joint which brings a Parisian flavor to Hong Kong is one of the most popular haunts of night owls. It is located in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt hotel. It operates till the wee hours.

The Champagne Bar builds on the art deco overtones of the Lobby area and combines them with a spectrum of purple shades and rich wood, all set against dramatic art deco- patterned fabrics and carpets.

The highlight of this haunt is the bar itself. The beauty of this circular bar is heightened by a floral pattern. Glittering mirror wall panels and a small stage add to its charm. Art work from both past and present grace its walls. A grand piano gives it an old world charm.

It is the perfect place for an after- work rendezvous or a pre- theatre drink and features one of the most extensive champagne lists in Hong Kong. The menu also offers premium cognacs, caviar and wines.

Another feature of the Champagne Bar is live entertainment from a jazz vocalist performing classic French favorites.
