The history of Tony Roma's can be traced to 1972, when it first threw open its doors in North Miami, Florida, USA. It doled out a tempting combination of warm ambience and superb food. Soon the residents of Miami were flocking to its doors. This was just the beginning of its success story which put it on the world culinary map.

Its fame rests on its great prime ribs. It has bagged innumerable awards for its signature dish. A full rack of ribs cost around HK0, but if you are not ready to eat giant portions, you can get mini and half versions. The award winning Baby Back Ribs are the house specialty. They are cut from the choicest tenderloin and basted with Tony's original barbecue sauce. The meat is so tender, it falls off the bone.

Tony Roma's menu also features a variety of other signature rib products as well as flame- grilled specialties such as sizzling steaks, legendary barbecued chicken, succulent seafood and all time American favorites like onion loaf, potato skins, baked potato soup, salads and hamburgers.

Hours: 11:30a- midnight M- Su.

Payment Methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
