Kowloon Motor Bus

It is one of the largest transport networks in the world catering to millions of passengers. Established way back in 1933, this bus service has come a long way. The company lives up to its motto "Moving Forward Every Day". They boast of a fleet of more than 4,081 buses and 12,906 staff, and carry about 3 million passengers each day on 404 routes.

With a view to enhancing its direct communications with customers, KMB has extended its services to bring you the KMB Mobile Service Centre. The Mobile Center is a revamped single deck air conditioned bus. It is a place where customers can air their opinion as well as grievances about the service. The company tries to improve its service according to the feedback received.

It is fully geared up to meet the challenges of the 21st century. It has introduced many innovative measures to keep pace with time. In 2000, KMB introduced Hong Kong's first "Multi- media On- board" ("MMOB") buses offering infotainment to passengers. By the end of the same year, KMB had equipped all its buses with Octopus card readers.
